The 1st Partner Meeting marking the official launch of the “POLITIZO ENERGEIAKA” project was held online. The implementation of the project “Joint Solutions in Greece and Cyprus for Improving Energy Efficiency in Cultural and Historic Building Infrastructures” (POLITIZO ENERGEIAKA) officially commenced under the Interreg VI-A Greece–Cyprus 2021–2027 Programme.
The 1st Partner Meeting took place online on 12 June 2025, with the participation of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA) as Lead Beneficiary and the organisation FILOKALIA as partner from Cyprus.
During the meeting:

• the technical and financial scope of the project was presented,
• roles and responsibilities of the partners were defined,
• the pilot projects in Mykonos, Rethymno, and Nicosia were presented,
• the initial planning of procurement procedures and communication actions was outlined.

The meeting marked the official starting point of the cross-border cooperation between Greece and Cyprus for the sustainable upgrade of cultural heritage.
